Our Real Estate mandate is twofold. We purchase undervalued, cash-flow-generating commercial and residential properties and are also engaged in commercial and residential property development. The current real estate portfolio spans three countries: Germany, Hungary, and the UK. We have ongoing development projects in Hungary and Germany and aim to expand in the UK and beyond.

As the second pillar, we invest in a proprietary Managed Futures multi-strategy that buys and sells liquid futures in commodities, fixed income, equity indices, and foreign exchange. The program is fully automatized from signal generation to execution and provides daily liquidity. The system combines momentum, carry, value, defensive, and reversal strategies.

Artifex Holding Ltd. is a holding company vehicle that aims to create value for its shareholders by pursuing strategic investments in Real Estate, Managed Futures, and Private Equity.

Our private equity mandate invests in new start-up companies across different sectors, including but not limited to tourism and agriculture. The start-ups are individually managed by our local teams, partnered with professionals with knowledge and experience in the specific sector, contributing to our profitability.
