Artifex Holding Ltd. was founded in 2016 with the aim to merge the independent subsidiaries across Europe. Artifex was incorporated in London to benefit from being in one of the most important financial hubs and the British legal system.

The predecessors of Artifex’s subsidiaries had over ten years’ history in property development and real estate investment. Before the Great Recession, these companies exhibited strong growth and could profit from the crisis investing their substantial free cash flow in undervalued properties.

Our team consists of highly qualified professionals with degrees in economics and a combined over 30 years of experience in finance and real estate investment. Our qualifications and industry experience are a guarantee to success.
