Artifex was established and consolidated as an international holding company to pursue investments diversified across asset classes and countries.

Our holding company owns one hundred per cent of the Hungarian and German subsidiaries. The holding directly manages the UK property development, while the company’s Treasury is responsible for the development and execution of the systematic trading program. The Treasury is partnered with the leading online brokerage firm, Interactive Brokers Ltd, for trading and custody.

This solid structure, which relies on geographical diversification, allows the company to exercise precise control over the investment process and pursue growth in all areas where the group operates.

Each subsidiary manages the country-specific real estate or private equity operations of the holding. The subsidiaries function as profit centres within the group and distribute part of their profits to the parent company, which reinvests the funds elsewhere at the highest expected rate of return.
